About The OpportunityThe Dayforce Security Engineering platform team is responsible to build, integrate and deliver scalable and performant frameworks to improve security posture of the company. The team also enhances the maintainability and supportability of the Dayforce platform by building environment management and operational management applications and tools and by finding, fixing, and preventing security flaws across the Dayforce family of products, including Dayforce, Dayforce Wallet, and others.

As such, we are looking for a Security Engineering Lead Full Stack developer to join our global Security Engineering platform team, with strong technical and communication skills, a background in security engineering, and a passion for solving complex security challenges around secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) strategy, zero trust principles, standards, roadmaps, and security capabilities in a fast-moving agile environment. They should be comfortable working across the company and enjoy finding innovative ways to mitigate risk while protecting the data of more than five million users of Dayforce products. What You’ll Get To Do

• Support the platform team with cybersecurity efforts
• Design, Develop, test, troubleshoot and support - the complete software lifecycle in your hands!
• Deliver new features and frameworks by working, as part of a high-performing scrum team, with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel
• Deliver a Security training and awareness program across the company to educate Security coding best practices and frameworks.
• Document Secure coding best practices for all Product and Technology teams
• Create and enhance a scalable, performant and secure SaaS enterprise application
• Assess risks and impacts on the existing system as new functionality is added
• Perform code reviews
• Mentor other developers and share knowledge

Skills And Experience We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 10 or more years working experience with C# and .NET Framework
• Hands on development with front end frameworks and scripting (React and/or Angular, and JavaScript)
• 5 or more years’ experience with cyber security and/or cloud
• Excellent communication skills to multiple levels of audiences of stakeholders
• Extensive hands-on experience with C#, cloud providers and react
• Extensive hands-on experience with security pillars such as Identity and Access Management, Data privacy, key management, encryption, security policies, Fraud mitigation, Application security.
• Experience addressing CI/CD security risks, to include Identity & Access Mgmt. risks
• Highly proficient with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Rego
• Experience working effectively in global virtual environment
• Extensive experience in enterprise software development, platform, or SAAS
• Proficiency with TSQL and relational database systems
• Experience building one or more architectural and low-level components such as background processing components, build and deployment systems, security, identity management, logging, APIs, interfaces, and messaging components
• Experience with one or more advanced programming constructs such as multi-threaded programming, dependency injection, database design, and performance optimization
