I read the CAFC decision to reinstate the infringement case and it appears to me the strongest thing AMRN has against Hikma is this:

Question is do all GV's have labels identical to Hikma's? I've never seen the exact wording of any other GV except Hikma's - if the other generics removed that CV limitation language then they're all in trouble, but if the didn't then only Hikma's 14% market share is at stake, and other generics would swiftly fill the void if they can.

Not going to bother asking how the CAFC reinstated this case - I thought it was all over after SCOTUS declined to hear AMRN's appeal - but if anyone feels like explaining it with a few sentences, if that's even possible, I'm curious how this suit came back to life - for once the court system is using logic and facts when dealing with ARMN - sorta blows my mind. Didn't blow the market's mind, pps didn't budge after this news came out, which makes me suspicious this might not be as big a deal as it seems to longs.
