Our client is a fast-growing skincare brand looking for an experienced, omni-channel brand marketing leader overseeing brand strategy, public relations & communications, social media, and creative. This person will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and building brand affinity.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a team of 4, providing ongoing support in their growth, setting priorities, and tracking their progress.
  • Own Go to Market launch marketing across all channels
  • Collaborate with Co-Founders to develop and execute the brand narrative across a core product line.
  • Partner with retail and sales team to drive 360 marketing across all channels.
  • Develop creative direction and work closely with Creative Team
  • Own and plan omni-channel brand marketing strategy and budget end to end.
  • Develop, maintain and utilize press lists to maintain and grow editor relationships for the brand.
  • Create and execute strategy around brand partnerships.
  • Lead marketing calendar and overall strategy for launches.
  • Own the brand marketing budget & P&L
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e- commerce technologies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Communications, Public Relations and Omni-Channel Marketing
  • *** Experience in the beauty industry (brand side) required. ***
  • Strong leadership experience
